Position Overview:
StretchLab is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Flexologists to join our team. As a Flexologist, you will work one-on-one with clients to assess their needs, create personalized stretching routines, and guide them through dynamic stretching sessions. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' flexibility, range of motion, and muscular imbalances
• Develop customized stretching programs based on clients' individual needs and goals
• Lead clients through dynamic stretching sessions using a variety of stretching techniques and modalities
• Provide hands-on assistance and adjustments to ensure proper form and technique during stretching exercises
• Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and the importance of incorporating it into their wellness routine
• Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere in the studio to enhance the client experience
• Collaborate with Front Desk Associates to coordinate client appointments and ensure smooth operations
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on the latest trends and research in stretching and mobility

Requirements:

• Certified personal trainer, massage therapist, physical therapist assistant, or equivalent certification/license
• Previous experience in personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about health and wellness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
