Are you passionate about helping people achieve their movement goals? Do you have at least one year of experience in bodywork and love working in a boutique fitness environment? If so, we want you to join our rapidly growing team at StretchLab Fairfield!

As the industry leader in assisted stretching, we offer our members personalized one-on-one stretch sessions to help them improve their mobility and flexibility. We are looking for growth-minded candidates who want to be part of a company culture that values continued learning and professional development.

As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for delivering 25 and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, educating clients on the benefits of stretching, and recommending future visits and membership options. We provide extensive training, including a Flexologist Training Program, to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time shifts ranging from 15 to 30 hours per week, with a starting salary of $24-30 per hour, plus tips (BOE). We are looking for Flexologists with a variety of backgrounds, including Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Chiropractics, Yoga, Group Fitness, Exercise Science, Massage Therapy & Athletic Training, who are passionate about helping our members achieve their movement goals.
