We're looking to expand our incredible team at StretchLab with a confident, engaging and organized Membership Sales Associate .

• 10-20 hours to support both studio locations (Saturday shift required)
• Must have great communication, positive energy and people skills!
• Capable of managing a busy front desk and multi-tasking
• Must currently live locally (within 15 miles of location)

• Competitive hourly base rate (depending on experience), plus commission on memberships and retail sales

Required Skill Set

• Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills are key
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Warm, energetic and engaging personality
• Goal-oriented with an ability to meet or exceed sales quota
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Proficient computer skills; ability to learn and use ClubReady software
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must!

Job Responsibilities :

• Present available services to current and prospective members
• Handle entire sales process from lead management through closing
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients
• Manage daily schedule with bookings, changes and cancellations
• Become proficient in Club Ready software
• Participate in promotional events as needed
• Help manage engaging and relevant social media presence
• Keep all areas of the studio clean, organized and tidy
