Assistant Studio Sales Manger

StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand!StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching.We have created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’.

StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, massage and more.StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals.Our Flexologists provide custom one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage staff schedule
• Supervise Sales Associates and Flexologists
• Lead generation including Grass Roots and Social Media Marketing/Networking
• Work directly with Area Sales Manager/Lead Flexologist.
• Book and confirm all appointments including Intro and member sessions.
• Manage the front desk, greet and check-in clients and prospects, help in retail sales.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants.
• Maintain excellent level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions.
• Participate in Pop Up events for studio promotion and community engagement.
• Ensure studio is clean, maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the space.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 years of fitness/wellness studio management/or other sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and helping train other staff.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Area Sales Manager and Lead Flex.
• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve membership sales.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
