• Job Type : Part-time (Friday-Monday)
• Pay : $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Extend warm and professional greetings to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Address member inquiries, concerns, and discrepancies promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate member records and accounts as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including opening, closing, and mid-day shifts.
• Conduct tours for prospective guests, showcasing our facilities and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Engage in proactive outbound customer experience calls.
• Collaborate with other departments to support various tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Passion for health, fitness, and sports is preferred.
• Must possess a friendly, vibrant, and outgoing demeanor.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience, with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, and energetic.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and through electronic channels.
