As General Manager you will:

• Champion the Crumbl Cookies brand to guarantee that special Crumbl Cookies experience for each of our guests.
• Learn everything as a baker, becoming skilled in the baking process and working as part of a team, supporting each other and having fun while making customers happy (You won't just manage, you will bake and support bakers!).
• Develop scheduling skills that allow us to plan seamless schedules that employees feel good about.
• Become an inventory, ordering and logistics extraordinaire. Locally sourcing ingredients as necessary.
• Be responsible for store cash management and bank deposits.
• Meet targets for labor, food cost and store performance metrics.
• Hire, train and motivate staff so we have the most efficient Crew possible.
• Identify new opportunities for catering and large events.
• Oversee day-to-day baking operations and prep plans.
• Hold Crew accountable to store policies, address issues and conflicts to maintain a positive, upbeat work culture

Role Requirements:

• 2 years of experience managing others required (Experience Managing a Bakery or Restaurant Preferred)
• 21 years or older (required) Excellent communication, coaching and conflict resolution skills
• Highly organized
• Strong work ethic
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Technology literate
• Time and project management skills
• The General Manager will be the point person for Crew questions or issues when not at the store and fill in gaps in the schedule as needed.

Management Pay and Benefits:

• Base pay $50k-$55k annually DOE $1,000 monthly bonus when all key metrics are met for the prior month
• $40 Monthly cell phone reimbursement
• Commision on generated catering sales

Transportation and ability to commute/relocate:

• Reliably commute to Woburn, MA or plan to relocate before starting work
• Must have your own automobile

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
