FITNESS SALES & STUDIO GENERAL MANAGER
Attention: Health, Wellness and Fitness Professionals
We are looking for a driven and hardworking individual to lead our team in providing practitioner-assisted stretching to Chattanooga. We are seeking an individual versed in SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MARKETING with Fitness, Exercise Science and/or Anatomy & Physiology background. You will be required to complete two weeks of out-of-town training to learn the Stretch Zone® Methodology, a proven course of innovative stretching techniques, as well as our sales process and how to manage and operate the studio.

Responsibilities
- Drive Studio sales/memberships and overall studio operations
- Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
- Lead and work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- 1 years of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales. Prefer membership sales in the health, wellness, or fitness industry
- College level course work in Anatomy and Physiology. Prefer BS in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
- Well organized and self-directed team player
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Schedule
- 40 - 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Occasional Saturday availability
Compensation
- $34,000 - $36,000 annual base salary plus commission
- Monthly bonus opportunities based on studio revenue

The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are a professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
