Duties Include:

• Perform maintenance including drywall repair, touch up painting, some possible landscaping maintenance, handyman work, basic electrical, basic plumbing, general building maintenance.

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Operate, maintain and repair power tools and equipment pertaining to this position.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities required and other duties as assigned.

Abilities Needed By Applicant:

• transportation, must have your own vehicle and ability to drive to properties and to work. The vehicle needs to be a work truck.
• Training or experience in the related field.
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.

• Must have a current Utah Driver's License.
• Must present a neat, professional appearance with clothing appropriate to work assignments.
• Must have five years of full-time experience in building trades.
• Proven outstanding work ethic demonstrated through previous employment or schooling.
• Must have your own tools, vehicle, and equipment.

Pay, Work Hours, and Benefits:

• Pay is hourly
• Ability to schedule time off in advance.
• Must be dependable, show up on time and perform tasks as expected.
• Pay is based on experience and performance.
