Job Summary

The Sales Consultant is responsible to generate new and used golf cars sales to customers in line with the company’s standards and policies. The Sales Consultant must identify the needs and wants of the customer and negotiate the best price, terms and conditions for both the customer and the dealership.

Weekdays - no evenings - some Saturdays!

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Greet and show golf cars to customers
• Arrange, oversee, and accompany customers on test drives
• Negotiate trade in prices
• Research dealer costs to ensure best sales price for the customer and dealership
• Maintain vehicle lot display to enhance image
• Generate leads
• Develop and build upon lasting relationships based on honesty and integrity
• Effectively communication with customers, prospects, coworkers and management
• Strategize and achieve goals and objectives established by management

Sales Consultant Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous Sales experience a plus
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Goal driven, outgoing, and knowledgeable
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Preferred: A Bachelors of Arts Degree
