Responsibilities :

• Engage with our established customer base to promote and sell our range of high-quality tools.
• Travel within the designated territory to visit customers at their locations (shops, garages, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits, emphasizing how they meet the customers' needs.
• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned customer base.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.
• Collaborate with the internal team to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the tools or related industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers at various levels.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and overcome objections.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Availability M-F 8am - 5pm (excluding major holidays)

Preferred Qualifications :

• Familiarity with the local market and customer base in the designated territory.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or sales tracking software.
