Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach and inspire individuals of all ages in the art of swimming. Duties:
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or small groups, focusing on skill development and water safety
- Create and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of each student
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students improve their swimming techniques
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing pool rules and maintaining proper safety protocols
- Monitor student progress and track their achievements
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate schedules and activities

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Swim Instructor or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
- Experience working with students of different ages and skill levels
- Ability to effectively communicate instructions and provide feedback in a clear and concise manner
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to handle challenging situations
- Lifeguard certification is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 14 per week
