Min. 5 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

• Inherent talent in selection of finishes, proportion and promotion of well-being for clients through interior design
• Sourcing and specification knowledge of construction materials
• Prepare documentation for schematic design, design development and/or construction documents as assigned by the Project Coordinator and/or Project Manager
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the construction process to ensure the design vision is executed flawlessly with minimum reselections
• Excellent space planning abilities
• Ability to create and track budgets for interior materials
• Accurate data entry, material selections, appliances, plumbing fixtures
• Schedule pick-ups, deliveries and installations
• Ability to track time and meet productivity goals
• Ability to interact with clients, manage expectations, and inspire a calm and productive approach to situations that could otherwise prove to be extremely stressful
• Ability to collaborate and engage with co-workers
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Small business mentality, adaptable to change, accountable, responsible and self-motivated

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

• Microsoft Office
• Outlook Calendar
• Buildertrend (Will be taught to you once hired)
• Proficient in Sketching, 3D Rendering and AutoCAD

Training will be provided for the right candidate, who displays the ability to quickly and effectively learn new platforms and applications.

LOCATION, HOURS and COMPENSATION

This position is based in our Mission Viejo, CA office

Driving to vendor locations and job sites all over Orange County, CA is required

This position is full time, 40 hours per week

This is a salaried position

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
