As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Production and Batching Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production and Batching Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production process, including batching raw materials, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our product lines. This role requires strong attention to detail and cleanliness, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the batching of raw materials according to production schedules and formulas.
• Operate production equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain consistency and integrity.
• Support inventory management by accurately tracking raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines at all times.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase productivity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in manufacturing, culinary, or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or culinary environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of batch processing and production operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols is advantageous.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
