Key position functions include:

• Dimensional Inspection, Approve MTR’s, write NCDR’S, CAR’S
• Perform first article inspection for machinist as needed
• Monitor all gauge calibrations, analysis of data and keep training files current
• Assist work order/router approvals
• Be aware of all company and safety policies

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to communicate and work effectively with personnel at both Kilgore and Longview facilities
• Complete training in the use of measurement instruments
• Competent in all aspects of MTR’S, NCDR’S, CAR’S, and inspection reports
• Become familiar with receiving documentation and LOC’S / COC’S
• Be familiar with quality manual and quality policy
