Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction and renovation projects. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in a range of skills including drywall, plumbing, roofing, masonry, tile laying, power tools, flooring installation, bluebeam, cabinet installation, and carpentry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction and renovation of residential and commercial properties
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting and carrying materials, digging trenches, and operating power tools
- Install drywall, including cutting, hanging, and finishing
- Assist with plumbing tasks such as installing pipes and fixtures
- Repair or replace roofing materials as needed
- Lay bricks or stones to construct walls or other structures
- Install tiles for flooring or walls
- Use power tools to cut and shape materials
- Assist with the installation of cabinets and other carpentry work

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Laborer in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of various construction techniques and materials
- Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Familiarity with plumbing systems and fixtures
- Experience in roofing repairs or replacements
- Skill in masonry work such as bricklaying or stonework
- Ability to lay tiles for flooring or walls
- Competence in using power tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of flooring installation methods
- Familiarity with bluebeam software is a plus
