Responsibilities:

An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, ambitious, and a dynamic problem solver.

• Take care of daily client needs
• Strong Customer Service, including calls and emails
• Processing invoices
• Mitigate risk by reviewing submitted invoices audit trails and performing proper verifications
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Perform collection calls and required chargebacks
• Other duties as assigned

• 2 years experience in factoring related roles
• Resilient and adaptable to challenges and quick changes
• Very detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Competitive, hard-working nature with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
