Principal Data Scientist - LLMs

We are currently partnered with a well-funded AI startup who are building the world's most sophisticated workforce management platform. They are hiring a Principal Data Scientist into the team with a focus on LLMs to advance the AI capabilities of their product.

The position will see you design and develop advanced AI models, concentrating on Large Language Models (LLMs) and leveraging frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex for comprehensive analyses of team dynamics and organizational patterns. You will also spearhead innovation in multi-agent architectures to enable sophisticated interaction models, fostering collaboration and efficiency, and will collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure seamless integration of AI, enhancing user experience and aligning with platform objectives.

Key experience required:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, specializing in Large Language Models.
• Considerable experience in data science or AI, demonstrating notable contributions to AI projects in leading tech firms.
• Proficient in Python or R, with familiarity in AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and LLaMA, focusing on multi-agent systems.
• Solid understanding of NLP, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms, showcased through a portfolio of innovative AI solutions.
