```Duties```
- Provide instruction to students in the absence of the regular teacher
- Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or create and implement your own lesson plans
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment
- Manage student behavior and enforce school policies
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to regular teachers

```Experience```
- Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of special education strategies and accommodations
- Proficiency in literacy education, including phonics and reading comprehension
- Ability to teach basic math concepts to young children
- Comfortable working in a classroom setting with children of various ages and abilities

As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with students across different grade levels and subject areas.
