We are BCBA owned and have been in business for 20 years. We work with children under the age of 21 years old on the Autism Spectrum. These children will be seen in the family home, their school or out in the community, depending on where the child's needs are. On average a full-time RBT carries about 30-40 hours per week, which may be between up to 2-4 clients per caseload. We are open to all candidates. Hours billed over 40 receives time and one half, paid travel between clients and Paid Time Off.

The Registered Behavior Technician is a paraprofessional who practices under the supervision of a BCaBA/BCBA/BCBA-D in accordance with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board’s requirements. The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services. The RBT does not design intervention or assessment plans.
Must have an RBT Certification in good-standing with the BACB once you complete the 40-hour training and passing of the RBT Exam/Certification with the BACB.
Strategies Inc is a team-oriented agency with a great reputation and has been BCBA-owned for over 19 years. We provide community-based Applied Behavior Analysis services, working in schools, family homes, group homes, etc. Applicants must be knowledgeable in Discrete Trial Training, Programmatic Interventions for Skill Acquisition Training and Targets for Reduction, communication, parent training; must have experience working with children and/or adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
