SSU is currently recruiting for a Joint Training Support System Specialist to support Special Operations Command South (SOCSOUTH). This opportunity is contingent upon award.

Location: Homestead ARB, FL

Security Clearance: Secret

Duties and Responsibilities

The Joint Training System Specialist shall perform tasks such as:

• Provide joint training support to assist SOCSOUTH in the implementation and execution of the Joint Training System.
• Assist in the assessment, design, development, implementation, and management of supported unit’s joint training and exercise programs, subordinate processes, and specialized command training programs.
• Support the integration, coordination, and standardization of special operations forces mission essential tasks and related conditions and standards at the HQ, Service Components, TSOC, and Unified Command level using the Joint Training Manual for Armed Forces of the United States as guidance.
• Develop and maintain an electronic continuity resource.

Qualifications:

• 10 years prior military experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) user
