Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and trained Armed Guard to join our team. As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Your role will involve surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention to ensure the protection of people and property. This position is paying $20.00/hr

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activity
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any suspicious behavior or security breaches
- Provide a visible presence to deter criminal activity and maintain order
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations
- Perform access control duties, including verifying identification and controlling entry/exit points
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as required
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding security protocols

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid armed security guard license/certificate
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security-related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and security procedures
- Proficient in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- First Aid and CPR certification is required
