```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and trained Armed Guard to join our team. As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. Your primary duties will include protecting individuals and property, conducting surveillance, and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate will have a background in law enforcement or the military, possess relevant certifications, and have strong conflict management skills. This position is paying $18.29/hr.
Shift:
Monday- Friday: Day shift/ Evening shift
Must have Law enforcement/Military experience
```Responsibilities```
- Protect individuals and property by maintaining a visible presence
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activity
- Perform access control duties by verifying identification and authorizing entry
- Respond to emergencies such as alarms or disturbances
- Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in law enforcement or the military is preferred
- Must possess a valid armed guard certificate/license
- Proficient in conflict management techniques
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
