For this role, we’ll look to you to:

• Setup, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at local stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs upgraded fleet
• Install display and promotional materials
• Provide excellent service to customers, identify opportunities to build relationships and grow sales
• Order product and maintain accurate inventory
• Run end-of-day business transaction reports
• Work independently while being part of a motivated and supportive team
• Take pride in presenting a good company image

The Route Relief Representative compensation includes base pay and overtime. Earn up to $53,911 annually!

Schedule is Monday through Friday with the day starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 50 hours a week and includes extensive overnight travel (Monday - Friday every week).

The gross hourly / annual salary range is $17.00 - $18.54. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

Experience/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Valid drivers license and good driving record
• Ability to travel Monday through Friday every week
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom)
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
