Job Opportunity – Restoration Construction Foreman for Boone Restoration in Clayton, OH

As the Restoration Construction Foreman with Boone Restoration, you will be travelling daily to appointments and worksites in and around the Greater Dayton region, to complete work, schedule, and coordinate with subcontractors, and to complete jobs within budget and on time. You will be performing tasks from rough framing to trim work on various water, fire, wind, and vehicle impact damage projects. You may work alone or alongside an assigned technician according to the job requirements.

Other responsibilities of this position include:

• Oversee multiple jobs simultaneously in different phases
• Manage and organize jobsite materials and cleanliness
• Manage communication between Homeowners and Project Manager
• Order materials necessary to complete jobs
• Maintain assigned vehicle and coordinate with fleet manager

To be considered, you must have:

• A valid Driver License and the ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• At least 2-5 years of carpentry and related trades experience
• Prior experience managing subcontractors, preferred
• Ability to work 42-45 hours per week minimum
• Willingness to rotate into a schedule to cover after hours emergency work
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
