Job Opening – Digital Print and Estimating Manager with VYA Systems in Cincinnati, OH

The Digital Print and Estimating Manager is responsible for professionally managing Vya's customer service functions and overseeing the staff and execution of processes for meeting customer requirements. Additional responsibilities include:

• Understand internal production capabilities and works with operations on maximizing price and efficiencies on estimates or incoming work.
• Maintains existing processes and develops new processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Understands all cost related to estimating to be able to evaluate the best price and large projects.
• Develops relationships with outside vendors and a subject matter expert.
• Participates in daily production meetings to review schedules, project due dates, communicate updates, schedule changes, and manage issues.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Liberal Arts
• Prior experience in digital printing, purchasing, and estimating; required
• High knowledge of technology using web browser, MIS systems and project management systems; required
• Must have great interpersonal skills and excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Must have prior management experience within processes and team leadership
