Overview

Our Negotiation Experts are integral in guiding our clients toward a debt-free future. They lead the charge in dealing with delinquent accounts to secure the most beneficial savings possible. We are seeking highly articulate individuals, skilled at fostering relationships with external parties. This role offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to influence success not only for our clients but for our company as well.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate connections with external associates to facilitate the resolution of clients' delinquent accounts
• Monitor client debt portfolios to devise the most effective debt settlement strategies
• Leverage multiple tools and resources to consolidate similar debts from various clients to amplify negotiation power with individual agencies
• Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage account workflows
• Exhibit a genuine dedication to assisting people, with a consistent focus on client needs
• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as necessary Ideal Candidate Attributes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Associates Degree in a related field Preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both listening and verbal/written communication
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Encourages teamwork, collaboration, and inclusivity within the department
• Displays a genuine enthusiasm for assisting people and prioritizing the client’s needs
• Proficiency in technology; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and previous experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM is a bonus

Compensation:

$17.00hr plus Monthly Bonus Potential

Apart from the base salary, this role qualifies for a commission based on the amount of debt settled, as per the company's commission plan. Full-time employees hired for this position are also eligible for the health care benefits outlined.
