Your role as an Entry Level Sales Representative is instrumental in providing customers with a white-glove experience that fosters lasting relationships, resolves issues promptly, and elevates trust and satisfaction in our client's offerings. Daily Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Thoroughly prepare for customer inquiries and focus on closing sales by staying up-to-date with our client's products, services, and the latest promotional offerings.
- Tailor your interactions to each customer's unique requirements, offering in-depth product knowledge.
- Take full ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
- Ensure customers fully understand the solution and offer additional education when needed.
- Collaborate effectively with individuals and teams to ensure customer success and contribute to the company's growth.
- Work closely with the senior management team to set clear goals and mission-focused strategies.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of customer support procedures, company policies, and overall standards.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer service records, providing this data daily to the senior manager
- Stay ahead of industry developments to apply best practices and continually improve in all areas.
