As a Technical Architect, responsible for leading the analysis, design and development of software applications or integration to support critical business needs. Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum master’s Product Owners, Systems Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts, and other Architects to effectively architect and design the systems supported. Responsibilities include managing the implementation, development, and maturation of architecture and software specific to development team members. Role objectives are to be achieved by establishing vision, risks, governance, and strategic goals tied to the enterprise strategy. Additional responsibilities include managing the complexity of the technology inventory, processes, distribution, responsibilities, timing, and motivations. Provide technical leadership in complex AEM-centric digital marketing solutions. Lead solution architecture design, guide, and mentor teams to develop high quality solutions. Hands-on with AEM and very strong concepts of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak and Adobe Dispatcher. Oversees and drives the end-to-end architecture of the product(s) and development. Identifying technology trends and platforms (including web and mobile apps) Expertise with core Java technologies that are used in most Java-centric CMS/WCM platforms, XML, XSL, XSLT, XSD, server-side programming models, and other related presentation, middle-er & persistence frameworks. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering or related field, must have course work in Business Administration or foreign equivalent. Certifications: Certified AEM Architect Certified AEM Developer Experience must include seven (7) years post-bachelors progressive experience in all of the following: AEM software-based solutions & technologies. Sling or OSGi frameworks and JCR API and Dispatcher or CDNs a plus. Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice and designing and programming of applications using Object Oriented Programming Methodology applying Java language constructs. Debugging and appropriate debugging tools usage skills in general TCP/IP networking or UNIX Operating system or HTTP protocol and request processing or SMTP Mentoring junior developers Current digital marketing trends and best practices on personalization and cross channel marketing and mobile and data driven optimization of experiences. Optimizing web solutions and architecting to accommodate performance requirements.
