Strategic Analysis, Inc is Hiring a Briefing Coordinator (#24-073) Near Arlington, VA
- Coordinating staffer briefings-sending out guidance to Program Managers and working with the Assistant Director, Program Management (ADPM) on budget information.
- Developing program presentations, including visual aids that help explain complicated technical approaches to non-experts.
- Developing briefings to senior Department of Defense (DoD) personnel about DARPA’s technology efforts and how they support overall DoD mission objectives.
- Creating and/or updating graphs, charts, data visualizations, slides, spreadsheets, or other documents with accurate information to support meetings, reviews and taskers.
- Coordination with ACO leadership, program managers, security and other technical offices as needed. To include drafting timelines, scheduling dry-runs and time to review briefings with ACO leadership to meet deadlines.
- Candidate should have three-five years’ recent and relevant experience required.
- Must have proven experience working in a briefing/writing position.
- Be able to manage multiple disparate moving parts and respond quickly to often changing priorities in a high-pressure environment and be skilled at prioritization and time management.
- Have excellent writing skills and be able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
- Must be able to multi-task, pick up new concepts quickly and readily handle tasks ranging from briefing support to general administration.
- Have excellent organization, communication, and coordination.
- Have discretion, strong spelling and grammar skills, attention to detail and ability to organize last minute and often high-profile taskers is a must.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- BS/BA degree
