STRATASCORP is Hiring an EW Data Library Content Developer Near Norfolk, VA
StratasCorp Technologies has an immediate AN/BLQ-10(B) Library EW Data Content Development opening for the Navy Information Operations Database (NIODB) in support of the Navy’s Electronic Warfare Data (EWD) mission. We are looking for an experienced Technical ELINT / EW Analyst to join our team as we continue to support AN/BLQ-10(B) library development. We are looking for someone who is excited about taking on technical challenges, enjoys working as part of a team, and who can also take on solo challenges.
Duties include:
- Interpret requirements to produce AN/BLQ-10(B) ES system libraries in accordance with program guidance and established periodic schedules
- Provide guidance to the customer in library product and application support design best practices and optimized methods for production/delivery
- Produce uniquely formatted EW data products derived from NIODB in support of AN/BLQ-10(B) ES system libraries in accordance with program guidance and established periodicity schedules
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 5 years demonstrated experience in the field of EW data analysis and EW system library content development. Specific focus towards Subsurface ES systems highly desired
- 5 years demonstrated knowledge of national authoritative data sources to include EWIR SERF, and CED. Formal intermediate level TECHELINT training is desired
- 5 years demonstrated experience in the field of Electronic Warfare Systems, RADAR threat parameter analysis, threat/friendly Order of Battle (OOB) analysis, Specific Emitter Identification (SEI), and authoritative national data sources to include ONI, NASIC, NGIC, MSIC, NGA, DIA, and NSA
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to produce finished products, liaise with current and potential customers, prepare and present briefing documents, charts, graphs, and presentations
- Candidate will not require privileged access and will not be considered a member of the Cyber Security Workforce
