Primary focus on medical/surgical unit including Orthopedics and Rehabilitation

• Responsible for patient care of postoperative patients with the assistance of a nursing assistant.
• Provide nursing assessments and care coordination of the medical/surgical patient.
• Provide array of direct nursing care services, such as medication administration, post operative care, discharge planning, patient teaching, and family support.
• Develop individualized care plans for patients with specialized needs.
• Maintain detailed patients' records including the hand-off reports to oncoming nurses and social workers.

Job Types: Full-time, PRN

Pay: $33.00 - $41.00 per hour
