Straight River Wax Worms is Hiring a Cargo Van Driver Near , MN
Straight River Wax Worms is looking for a van driver to help deliver live wax worms to our customers. We are a small family owned business that raises wax worms for the bait and pet industries. This position will be required to deliver to Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. Each trip takes about 1.5 days ( 1500-1800 miles). The position would require 2 trip per week. Leave Tuesday and be back Wednesday, leave Thursday and be back Friday. Employee must be able to lift 30 lbs, have a Class D drivers license, clean driving record, able to follow instructions, reliable and pass a drug test. Starting rate is $0.34 per mile and will average 1,700 miles per trip, 6,600 miles every two weeks. Fuel cards are supplied by employer. Delivery vehicles are 2023 Cargo Vans.
