Family owned auto body shop specializing in high quality collision repair and painting of Recreational Vehicles, Firetrucks, Buses and Boats, in search of a skilled body/paint technician. Qualified candidates should be able to perform repairs on a variety of materials including, fiberglass, aluminum, steel and composites. Candidates should also be proficient at spraying both single stage and base/clear paint systems.

Position Requirements:

• Experience required in auto body collision repair and paint
• Preference for some experience in the RV field, not required
• Must have strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to interact professionally with customers
• Must be willing to accept work direction from multiple parties and work as part of a team
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license
• Predictable and reliable attendance required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Jobs & References Required
• Must be willing to submit to a background check, DMV screen, and drug screen

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Periodic lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds.
• Reaching above and below shoulder level.
• Extended periods of standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, stooping, pushing and pulling.
• Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment.
• May be exposed to repetitive tasks involving hand and arm motion.
• May be required to inspect/clean vehicles outdoors in inclement weather.
• Must be willing and able to wear proper protective equipment (ie. Safety glasses, respirator, gloves, etc.)
