Straightline Construction of Gainesville is looking for thier next Sales Manager. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, we want you to join our team! You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our company. The Sales Manager/Associate position starts at 30K plus commissions.
Duties:
- Attend all sales qualifying calls/meetings
- Conduct on site visits to evaluate existing condition and collaborate on what the client invisions thier space to be.
- Assist with customer product selections and decision making
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential home remodeling and construction
- Strong organizational skills
- Communication
- Knowledge of products and ability to explain their features to customer
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
- Ability to sell and persuade customers effectively
- 2020 cabinet design software (knowlege on cabinet parts and thier uses) is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of NKBA Guidelines
- Chief Architect design software is a plus but not required
- Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
