• Knowledge of Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI).
• Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. 
• Track, inventory, and manage IT assets.
• May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

• 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

• At least 3 years of experience using NMCI,
• Experience with SharePoint and Share Drives; certified as MS SharePoint Super User. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 to include Microsoft TEAMS.
• Knowledge of Navy IT systems policies.
• CompTIA Security certification desired.

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• AA/AS degree Plus 2 additional years of experience.
  • Allowable Substitution:
    • Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for an Associate’s Degree.

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Minimum Secret clearance required OR must be eligible to apply and be granted interim DoD interim clearance prior to employment.
