We are hiring for a Site Forman opportunity in Saco, Maine.

The candidate should have years of construction field experience and at least 2 years of Supervising experience. We are looking for someone who can supervise all site activities and maintain safety compliance at all times.

Responsibilities/ requirements include:

• Working with the Project Manager, the supervisor will establish work plans, prepare work schedules and employee assignments for each job
• Maintains a safe working environment at all times for crew members and adheres to OSHA safety standards
• Anticipates problems and proactively comes up with solutions
• Ensures that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
• 7:30-4:00 pm shift with occasional hours outside of those hours depending on needs
• Must be willing to travel on certain occasions
• 5 years of field experience with at least two as a super/Forman
• Working knowledge of NFPA 101
• Working knowledge of Fire Stopping applications, systems, and materials
• Proficient in reading project plans and blueprints
