We are looking for a Case Manager to handle our immigration case management, criminal case management, court calendar management, tracking of case progress and tasks assigned by attorneys, and quality control for customer service among other responsibilities to ensure a smooth functioning legal practice.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite (especially Google Sheets), consistently organized, extremely detail-oriented and task-oriented, reliable schedule, effective communicator, self-motivated, flexible in demanding work conditions with fixed deadlines, and able to multi-task effectively.
Preferred, but not required: Prior experience in the legal field, prior experience with immigration law or immigration processes, able to mediate interpersonal conflicts well, enjoys organizing and managing with a positive attitude.
