Job Summary

Lead Technician in Warehouse & On Site Restoration

Stover’s Restoration Inc. – Wichita, KS

Stover’s Restoration is looking for people to join our team.

Compensation begins at $16-18 per hour depending on experience. Increase up to $18-$20 per hour available after 3-6 months. After 6 months, eligible for commission in addition to hourly pay as a full lead technician.

Certifications are a plus but not required. If you are not certified, we will assist you in becoming certified in our profession. Candidate's must take a genuine interest in the customer's needs and the needs of the company. If you're willing to put in effort, this is a great opportunity for you. We are seeking good people, who are hardworking and motivated. Carpet cleaning and duct cleaning experience is a plus. Experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate who is motivated to learn.

Water Damage Restoration Qualifications:

  • Have good ability to clearly document service calls
  • Be self-motivated, be able to work with multiple projects, follow directions accurately and take initiative
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have a good work attitude and good coordination skills with office personnel
  • IICRC Certification in Fire, Water, and Mold restoration, preferred, but not required
  • Need be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Available to work some weekends and overtime on rotating schedule
