Our firm is currently seeking a highly organized Paralegal in our Pawleys Island, SC office to support attorneys in a busy, fast-paced office with research, drafting, and administrative support.

Our 50-member team is comprised of attorneys that remotely around the country, supported by paralegals and operations staff located in the firm’s brick-and-mortar office in South Carolina. Our team members are detail-oriented, industrious, and engaging connoisseurs of Medicaid. Our practice involves the interplay of multiple related areas of law, including Medicaid eligibility and reimbursement, administrative appeals, civil litigation, probate, and estate claims, and guardianships.
Paralegals for Stotler Hayes Group must have the ability to work in the firm’s corporate headquarters in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Qualified internal and external candidates are encouraged to apply. Applicants will be considered upon the submission of a cover letter, resume, and at least three (3) professional references.
