The Product Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and Field Service team for Storz Medical's Hospital and Office line products. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong technical background. The position will be based out of Storz Medical America's Kennesaw, Ga facility. Up to 30% travel required. This position is onsite in Kennesaw, GA with the hybrid portion being occasional travel to US and Canadian customers on short notice.
