Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their needs. This position requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide product information.
• Overseeing all sales and ordering of supplies to ensure proper continued success of the Store.
• Making reservations in our property management software.
• Checking in and out reservations.
• Staying informed of local activities that Park residents might attend.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
• Reporting to Park Manager or Regional Property Supervisor any conditions believed to be a potential risk to the health and safety of the community and/or residents and staff.
• Operating the Store within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies. Reporting any workers’ comp incidents to the main office immediately.
• Performing other related duties as may be assigned.

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Knowledge of wireless sales or technical sales is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
