Leasing Consultant

Storyboard Living is looking for an energetic and outgoing Leasing Consultant for Storyboard on Bengal Ridge. Candidate must have a good work ethic, positive attitude, and ideally 1 years of leasing and/or sales experience. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package, including a 401(k).

JOB SUMMARY:

Seeking a leasing consultant to showcase properties to prospective tenants, assist with applications, and execute leasing agreements. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques.

• Must be knowledgeable of current rental rates, sizes, locations, and amenities of the community.

• Answer incoming telephone calls and either work with the caller to help with their needs

• Schedule and complete tours of apartment homes with prospective residents.

• Complete application and lease forms for new and current residents.

• Responsible for completing monthly market surveys for competitor properties.

• Develop full knowledge of application information required and screening processes.

• Efficient and timely processing of applications, reports, and related information.

• Responsible for reporting market trends

• Must be courteous and professional in the handling of resident requests and/or complaints

• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.

• Complete daily property walks to ensure the curb appeal of the property is up to standard

• Responsible for assisting the Portfolio Manager and Leasing Manager with any other miscellaneous tasks needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A passion for building and supporting our vision of community
• Sales and marketing experience to include sales training and goal setting, market analysis, market plan creation and implementation
• ideally 1 years of leasing experience
