As an Activities Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will:

• Work with PT, OT, and ST to develop a dynamic, individualized restorative program to promote functional status and prevent physical decline.
• Implement, instruct, and monitor residents' restorative programs.
• Supervise and assist residents in ambulatory exercises, muscle strengthening, and gait teaching.
• Plan and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly events to encourage socialization, relaxation, and recreation.
• Assist in developing an activity program whereby residents can function at their highest physical, social, cognitive, and/or emotional level.
• May work as a CNA as needed.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about optimizing patient care? We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active on CNA Registry.
• Completion of Adult Mandatory Reporter within 90 days of employment.
• Completion of BLS within 90 days of employment.
• Must have a clean driving record and obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within 6 months of employment.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

• 1 year of experience in long term care.

Salary Range: $19.00 - 28.50 per hour (competitive and commensurate with experience)
