We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector to join our team. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and adhere to specifications. Your role will involve conducting inspections, collecting data, analyzing results, and providing feedback to the customers and our management team.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain Daily Reports and progress reports
Meet with clients as needed.
Document work activities including deficiencies and violations.
Ensure that all site deficiencies are properly documented and submitted.
Provides status reports to PM(s) on routine basis, performs general office administration and submit daily reports.
Intimately familiar with environmental concerns related to a project and ability to monitor compliance with the environmental controls.
Manages multiple concurrent inspection assignments on a single project.
Communicates effectively in writing and orally with clients and staff.
Assumes other duties as directed by supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work outside and traverse uneven/unstable terrain
All projects are local.
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Basic computer literacy, excel, word, etc.
Pay: $17-20/hr
