Overview:
Join our dynamic orthodontic team as a Treatment Coordinator in our busy practice spanning three locations. We are seeking a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:
-The position requires the ability to confidently sell recommended treatment and understand the financial aspects of treatment; therefore a strong demonstration of mathematical understanding is critical.
-Extreme attention to detail and follow through is paramount. Although it is advantageous to have knowledge of dental insurance plans/benefits to assist patients in understanding the financial aspects of orthodontic treatment, training will be provided.
-This position is also responsible for initial patient photos, x-rays, and assisting the Doctor with the initial examination.
-This position will require constant follow up with prospective patients as well as communicating with referring dental offices. An upbeat personality, strong communication skills, professionalism and a desire to work well with a fun, dedicated and experienced team are ideal.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in dental software systems is a plus.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
-Certification or training in dental assisting or dental hygiene is desirable but not required.
