We are currently looking to add A Stager/Material Handler to our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate for this new position should have experience in reading cutting sheets and prepping deliveries, with a strong attention to detail with the ability to think critically and resolve paperwork issues.

Our incredible growth has created exciting opportunities for experienced and successful IN HOME Sales Representatives for the Sarasota/Bradenton Area. We are always seeking motivated individuals for our current and future roles that have an interest in both contributing to growing the company as well as their personal careers. If you have experience in the building services industry and delivering unmatched customer service, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with company supplied leads and identify other prospects utilizing creative self-generating lead techniques to facilitate the customer acquisition process.
  • Use strong math skills to be able to calculate price quotes, discounts and percentages
  • Deliver interactive sales presentations on our solutions and services to decision makers at their homes
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Marketing regarding new product and competitive information, as well as communicating field and quality issues.
  • Attend trade shows as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, driven, direct- sales orientated individual
  • Understand the customers needs, develop an agreeable solution, document all project specifics, provide follow-up with the customer to the point of price presentation and final paperwork.
  • Three (3) years consultative sales experience with a verifiable track record of sales success
  • A general understanding of hurricane impact construction process
  • Good driving record and reliable transportation
  • Training process is a mix of classroom, one-on-one, and on-the-job training over an eight-week period.
  • Support from staff, management, and ownership during the first couple weeks of selling.

Compensation:

  • Commissioned based : Uncapped potential
  • Paid training, guaranteed income while you learn and build your skills
  • Industry leading technology and support
  • Pre-set company leads provided (higher income range potential from hunting additional business through social media, networking and referrals)
  • Mileage reimbursement for company leads, after paid training ends
  • Expect to make between $70K $100K the first year
  • High performers earn more than $250K annually
