Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple jobs
  • Submit permit applications to different Counties /Municipalities online
  • Assist with scheduling Shutter/Window Inspections with customers, NOCs
  • Cross trains within department for back up
  • Contacts and communicates with HOAs for enforced rules of each specific community
  • Maintains communication with the association members/owners
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Education / Skills / Experience:

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • One to three years of office experience
  • Scheduling and permitting for home improvements/construction, A MUST HAVE
  • Proficient with computers and technology
  • Working with HOA's a specifications and approvals, A MUST HAVE
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent people and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough
  • Ability to work in a positive manner with other associates within cell areas and develop and maintain strong working relationships across teams and disciplines
