Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Receive inbound contacts from customers via various channels and handle according to company procedures.

  • Make outbound calls as needed to assist with customer inquiries.

  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.

  • Utilize all resources efficiently to ensure customer inquiries are resolved within the required timeframe.

  • Ensure data quality for all customer correspondence documentation.

  • Assist in the training and development of new employees.

  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.


Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to analyze and solve problems as they arise

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • Must be able to multi-task

  • Must be able to handle stressful situations

  • Must be organized

  • Must be able to wear a headset


Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in customer service or office administration
