Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Receive inbound contacts from customers via various channels and handle according to company procedures.
Make outbound calls as needed to assist with customer inquiries.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Utilize all resources efficiently to ensure customer inquiries are resolved within the required timeframe.
Ensure data quality for all customer correspondence documentation.
Assist in the training and development of new employees.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
