Storm Search is assisting a client with a direct hire opportunity, Manufacturing Engineer in Goleta, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools.
• Develop and maintain BOM, BOO, and ERP for products.
• Coordinate product launches, train operators, and evaluate results.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and implement improvements.
• Create and manage manufacturing documentation.
• Drive DFM efforts and lean manufacturing strategies.
• Collaborate with quality and lead continuous improvement.
• Provide process training and support ECO projects.
• Assist Supply Chain with materials sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Operations/Manufacturing.
• U.S. Passport required.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Pay: $84,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
