Storm Search is supporting a client with a direct hire Electro-Mechanical Quality Inspector in Catoosa, OK.

Job Duties:

• Carry out inspection activities in accordance with established quality plans, engineering specifications, and procedures to ensure product compliance with specified requirements.
• Combine electrical and mechanical knowledge to effectively inspect diverse assemblies.
• Serve as both a Quality Technician and Quality Inspector, ensuring comprehensive inspection coverage.
• Effectively use, read, and interpret a tape measure for accurate measurements.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final dimensional and visual inspections of materials and assemblies, determining compliance with quality standards.
• Electronically record inspection results, providing clear evidence of product inspection outcomes, whether accepted or rejected.
• Handle nonconforming products according to established work instructions and other quality system procedures.
• Read and interpret Engineering drawings and Customer specifications with precision.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and experience in inspecting both mechanical and electrical assemblies or installations.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing to ensure full compliance with Engineering requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with calibration of inspection and test equipment preferred.
• Experience in ISO 9001 environment preferred.
